When it comes to probiotics, powder is better than pill. Why is this, you might ask? Well, any time a supplement is in pill form it has to contain some sort of binder. This isn’t necessarily a bad ingredient, although it can be, but regardless it does require more work by our digestive system to break down the pill. So powder form is easier for our body’s to digest and use.
Another reason we love powders at Body Awakening is because it also gets you to drink more water. Most people are not getting enough fluids on a daily basis and even very low levels of dehydration can affect how we feel and how well our body functions on a cellular level.
